1. Use Serums

They use serums twice daily. "In the evening the skin repairs itself while we sleep, so let it happen as naturally as possible, with just a little help from a serum."  we recommend daily antioxidant balancing moisturizer from celazome.

2. Hydrate inside and out

We naturally lose moisture while we sleep, which can results in puffy eyes, dark circles and dull complextion. Thats why you must drink a lot of water during the day and before going to bed, and use products that contain hyaluronic acid, which carries 1,000 times its weight in water.
We recommend three night creams which contains hyaluronic acid:

3. Masks before bed

They believe in using masks twice a week before going to bed. At night our skin is in relaxation/regenerating mode so it is 60% more potent to absorb everything. You can use it before or after your moisturizer. We recommend: celazome-masques

4. Eat a clean diet

What you put into your body shows on your skin! Drink at least 8 ounces of water a day and eat protein and fiber, food that are anti-inflammatory and contain lots of antioxidants such as blueberries and green veggies.

5. Use retinol

Retinol is our favorite ingredient, it decreases fine lines and wrinkles, boots collagen in the skin and help make skin glow and look tighter and younger. 

6. Cleanse and exfoliate

It's very important to remove your makeup every night before going to bed and exfoliate every day. The cleaner your skin is the better when applying all sort of ingredients. When skin is exfoliated serums and moisturizers are able to penetrate much deeper into the skin becasue there is no longer a barrier of impurities.

7. Always use toner

Using a toner before going to bed remove not only remnants of your cleansing product, but also the mineral deposit from the water, makeup and environmental pollution. A toner prepares your skin for the night-time repair processes. We recommend:

8. Properly moisturize

If skin is properly hydrated it will become more plump and youthful. So we recommend applying a liquid spray first, then a serum and finally a cream.
